1888 Exhibition Programme ad featuring phrenologist, Professor Seymour.

According to the “science” of phrenology, an individual’s character and abilities could be deduced from the size and shape of various bumps on the head.   Professor Seymour would access fair goers skulls and provide advice and direction to them based on his findings.
