Here is the list of Toronto Hotels that appeared in the back of the Exhibition’s 1888 Programme.
Accomodation was a problem during fair time. Not listed here is the Little Johnnie’s Hotel, which advertised itself a the perfect place to stop for the finest lager on the way to the Exhibition. There were some issues at the time with people arriving at the fair “loaded” and with bringing their own alcohol into the site.
